Anchor Innovation, Inc. was established to support U.S. Government and Service organizations enabling them to optimize programs, achieve assigned objectives, and improve readiness. After years of restorations, we took on the boat building challenge. The boat line created in Virginia Beach, VA became Palmer Customs.
